How much does ACLS renewal cost in West Covina?

Our AHA ACLS Provider renewal is $125 during our Year-End Sale (ends Dec 31), down from the regular $200, all in. That covers the in-person session with an AHA instructor, the rhythm and pharmacology review, your megacode, the written exam, and your official same-day AHA eCard. There are no separate card fees or processing fees added at checkout, and there is no charge to have the eCard reissued if you lose the email.

When are ACLS renewal classes held?

Sundays and Tuesdays at 12:00 PM at our West Covina training site. Those two slots exist because they are the two days that work around hospital scheduling: a Sunday for people working weekday shifts, and a Tuesday for people working weekends. Seats are limited so the megacode stays hands-on rather than a room watching one person work.

What if my ACLS card has already expired?

Book the initial provider course. Our policy is that the renewal class is only for a card that is still current, so once an ACLS card has expired, even by a day, the full course is the one to take. An ACLS card is valid through the end of the month printed as its Renew By date, and after that it is expired. The AHA itself publishes no grace period and leaves renewal options to the Training Center. The initial course is also the place to start if you have never held ACLS at all.

Book this renewal class if your AHA ACLS Provider card is still current. Book the full provider course if your card has expired, even by a day, or if you have never held ACLS. Either way the card you earn is the same official AHA ACLS Provider eCard, valid for two years.

Do I have to do anything before class?

Yes, one thing. The American Heart Association requires a precourse self-assessment before ACLS. We email you the link with your booking confirmation, it takes most people well under an hour, and you bring the completion certificate with you. We also send the current AHA algorithms so you can skim them on the way in.
