When you book a class or request a quote we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the course you chose, and your class date. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your card number.

We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, send class reminders and certification renewal reminders, follow up if you started a booking and did not finish, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your booking details live in our booking system and are shared only with the services that run it: Square for payment, Google Calendar for scheduling, and our email and SMS providers for the messages described above. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.

Our website uses Google Ads and analytics cookies to measure which pages and ads lead to bookings. This measurement uses cookies and click identifiers, not your name. You can block cookies in your browser and the site keeps working.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you reminder and marketing email, at any time. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and replying to any email from us also works.
