Group ACLS, PALS, and BLS built for clinical teams

Hospitals, urgent care centers, nursing programs, and EMS agencies all run into the same problem: every clinician needs a current AHA card, but everyone's card expires on a different date. Charge nurses end up chasing expirations one at a time, sending staff to outside classes on their days off and hoping the compliance binder stays clean. Group training fixes that. As an official American Heart Association Training Site, we run ACLS, PALS, and BLS Provider courses for entire units and departments at once, either onsite at your facility or in private group sessions at our West Covina training center at 100 Barranca St #255-B.

Every course is the full AHA curriculum taught hands-on: high-quality CPR with real-time feedback, megacode and team-dynamics practice for ACLS, pediatric assessment and resuscitation scenarios for PALS, and 2-rescuer BLS with bag-valve-mask ventilation. Everyone who passes gets their official AHA eCard the same day, ready for HR and credentialing files.

Sync your whole team onto one 2-year renewal cycle

The biggest operational win of group training is not the discount, it is the calendar. When you certify a whole unit together, every card carries the same 2-year expiration date. Instead of tracking 25 individual expirations across a spreadsheet, your educator books one renewal event every two years and the entire team recertifies together. Managers we work with treat it like any other recurring compliance event: block the dates, split the roster into cohorts, done. New hires who join mid-cycle can attend one of our regular West Covina classes, then fold into the group cycle at the next renewal.

How onsite training works for shift-based clinical teams

Clinical teams cannot all leave the floor at once, and night shift cannot attend a 9 AM class. So we schedule around your staffing reality. A typical hospital or urgent care engagement splits the roster into day and night cohorts: a morning session that catches night shift as they come off and day shift before they go on, and an afternoon or evening session for the reverse. For larger departments we run multiple sessions across one or two days so the unit stays covered the whole time.

We bring everything: instructors, adult, child, and infant manikins with feedback devices, AED trainers, bag-valve masks, and course materials. All you provide is a conference room, classroom, or break room with enough floor space for hands-on practice. Prefer to get staff away from the floor entirely? Book a private group session at our West Covina training center instead, same pricing, same instructors, and nobody gets pulled back to the unit mid-scenario.

How much does group ACLS training cost?

ACLS and PALS group pricing runs on a simple per-student ladder that starts at $250 for a single student and drops $25 per student as the group grows: $225 each at 2 students, $200 at 3, $175 at 4, $150 at 5, $125 at 6, and $100 at 7. From 8 students the rate steps down in $5 tiers: $95 each for 8 to 15 students, $90 for 16 to 20, $85 for 21 to 25, and $80 for 26 to 30. So a 12-person ED team certifies in ACLS at $95 per clinician, and a 20-person group at $90. The calculator below shows your exact per-student price and estimated total in real time, and no payment is required to request a quote.

Group BLS uses tier pricing from a base of $88 per student with a 5-student minimum, and Heartsaver CPR AED for non-clinical staff runs from a base of $98 per student, with per-student discounts at 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15, 16 to 30, and 30+ students.

Can you train our whole department onsite?

Yes. Whole-department training is exactly what this program is for. We regularly certify complete units in one engagement: an ED or ICU doing ACLS, a med-surg floor doing BLS renewals, an urgent care cross-training the entire clinic. For departments over 30 people we build a multi-session schedule and send a tailored quote. Onsite delivery covers West Covina and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley, including Baldwin Park, Covina, Pomona, and El Monte, and the group rate is the same whether we come to you or you come to our training center.

Do you offer group BLS for nursing schools and allied health programs?

Yes. Nursing programs, CNA schools, medical assistant programs, and EMT courses all require students to hold a current AHA BLS Provider card before clinical rotations, and cohort-based training is the cleanest way to get there. We certify entire student cohorts in one session, onsite at your campus or at our West Covina training center, with tier pricing that scales down as the cohort grows. Because everyone certifies together, the whole cohort's cards expire together, which makes recertification for second-year students a single calendar event for program coordinators.

ACLS and PALS together for ED and pediatric-facing teams

Emergency departments, urgent cares that see children, and pediatric units often need both ACLS and PALS on the same clinicians. We run combined engagements that deliver both courses back to back or across two visits, so your team handles adult and pediatric resuscitation credentials in one project instead of two separate scheduling headaches. Each course prices on its own group ladder, so a 10-person team taking both still lands at the 8-to-15 student rate of $95 per student per course. Submit the quote form with a note that you need both and we will build the schedule around your shifts.

Group renewals: keep the cards current without the scramble

Renewal courses cover the same curriculum with an emphasis on skills verification and updated guidelines, and they are where group training pays off year after year. Once your team is on a shared cycle, the renewal event is predictable: same group size, same pricing ladder, same-day eCards, every two years. Many of the teams we serve book their next renewal before we pack up the manikins. If your team's cards are already scattered across different dates, a single group renewal is the reset button that gets everyone aligned going forward.

Healthcare Group Training Questions, Answered

How much does group ACLS training cost?
ACLS group pricing starts at $250 for one student and drops $25 per student down to $100 each at 7 students. From there it steps down in $5 tiers: $95 each for 8 to 15 students, $90 for 16 to 20, $85 for 21 to 25, and $80 for 26 to 30. PALS uses the same ladder. Use the calculator on this page for an instant estimate.
What is the minimum group size?
ACLS and PALS group sessions start from 1 student on the per-student ladder. Onsite group BLS and Heartsaver training have a 5-student minimum.
Do you come to our facility, or do we come to you?
Either. We travel to hospitals, clinics, campuses, and stations across the San Gabriel Valley with all equipment, or you can book a private group session at our training center at 100 Barranca St #255-B, West Covina. Pricing is the same both ways.
Can you train night-shift staff?
Yes. We schedule day and night cohorts around your staffing, including early-morning sessions that catch night shift coming off and evening sessions for the reverse. Large departments can split across multiple sessions so the unit stays covered.
Are the certifications official AHA cards?
Yes. We are an official American Heart Association Training Site. Everyone who passes receives their official AHA ACLS, PALS, or BLS Provider eCard the same day, valid for 2 years and accepted by employers and credentialing bodies.
Can we do ACLS and PALS in the same engagement?
Yes. Teams that need both, like ED and pediatric-facing staff, can run the courses back to back or across two visits. Each course prices on its own group ladder.
How do group renewals work?
When a team certifies together, all cards share the same 2-year expiration, so renewal becomes one scheduled event instead of dozens of individual expirations. We run group renewal sessions onsite or at our training center on the same pricing ladders.
Do you serve nursing schools and EMS agencies?
Yes. We certify nursing and allied health student cohorts, EMS agencies, urgent care teams, and hospital units. For cohorts or departments over 30 people, submit the form and we will send a tailored multi-session quote.
