A cohort is a different scheduling problem from a department. A department renews on a rolling two-year clock; a cohort has one hard date, usually the day a residency starts or a clinical rotation opens, and every student needs the card before it. So we build backward from that date. Give us the headcount and the deadline and we will propose a session, or a run of sessions, that clears the whole class in time. We bring instructors, adult manikins with feedback devices, rhythm simulators, airway equipment and course materials to your campus or facility.

Cohort pricing for Pomona teams

The per-student ladder opens at $250 for one student and drops $25 with each student added, reaching $150 at 5, $125 at 6 and $100 at 7. Larger cohorts move onto fixed tiers: $95 per student for 8 to 15, $90 for 16 to 20, $85 for 21 to 25 and $80 for 26 to 30. A 24-student nursing cohort therefore certifies at $85 each. Cohorts above 30 students get a hand-built multi-session quote rather than a formula. What happens to the eCards and the roster

For a cohort, the paperwork is the part that goes wrong. We submit the AHA roster and return a single list of issued eCards to whoever owns the file, usually a program coordinator or a nurse educator, rather than leaving 30 students to forward 30 emails. Cards are official AHA ACLS Provider eCards, issued the same day, valid two years and verifiable by any employer or credentialing office that asks. If a student loses the email, reissuing it costs nothing.

Paramedics, EMTs and fire personnel around Pomona

Field providers are the other half of Pomona's advanced-care workforce, and they train on a different clock: 24-hour and 48-hour shift patterns rather than a weekday roster.
