Start with the Booking Calendar

Booking & Automation Software for CPR Companies

We run a CPR training company and we built this for ourselves first. Start with an embeddable booking calendar on your site, then add the pieces that recover money you are already losing: renewals, abandoned checkouts, and payments that never turned into a confirmed class.

  • 01Embeddable booking widget on your existing site
  • 02Automatic email notifications to owner and student
  • 03Syncs to Google Calendar or your calendar of choice

Step one: the booking calendar

Take bookings on your own site, not someone else's page

A booking widget you embed directly into your website, so students pick a course, pick a date, and pay without ever leaving your domain. That matters for conversion and it matters for ad tracking.

  • 01Course, date, and seat selection in one flow
  • 02Instant confirmation email to the student
  • 03Instant booking notification to the owner
  • 04Class event written to your calendar automatically

Start with the booking calendar, then add what you need

Nobody should buy an entire platform on day one. The booking calendar is the entry product because it is the piece every training company touches every day, and it is the piece that has to be right before anything else works. Once bookings, confirmations, and calendar events are flowing cleanly, every other module has clean data to run on. From there you expand into the parts that recover revenue you are currently losing quietly.

Students book but never pay. Where does the money go?

Two failures hide inside that sentence and they are opposites. The first is abandoned checkout: the student picked a class, opened payment, and left. Nothing follows up, so the seat and the ad spend that bought them both evaporate. Recovery sends a personalized link back to the exact class they were looking at, optionally with a discount, on a schedule instead of on whether someone remembered.

The second is worse: a student pays and nothing happens. No confirmation email, no calendar event, no seat reserved, and you find out days later when they call, or when they show up to a class you did not know they were in. That is an orphan payment. The pipeline matches every payment to a booking and alerts you the moment one lands unattached, so you catch it in minutes instead of after the refund request.

The renewal engine: recurring revenue you are leaving on the table

Every certification you issue expires, typically in two years. That gives you something almost no local business has: a known future purchase date for every customer you have ever served. Most training companies do nothing with it, and those students search Google when the deadline hits and land on whoever is bidding that day. The engine tracks each student's expiry and runs a reminder ladder starting well before the card lapses, across email and SMS, with a direct link to book the renewal class. It turns your past-student list from a spreadsheet into a revenue line.

One dashboard for leads, revenue, students, and the calendar

The ops dashboard is where the business becomes legible: which leads came in, which converted, what revenue landed, which students are enrolled, and what the class calendar looks like this week, all in one view. Custom calendar views let you slice by instructor, course, or location, because your real constraint is instructor hours rather than abstract seat counts. When you can see the whole operation at once, the staffing and scheduling decisions stop being guesses.

What you can turn on after the booking calendar

Add modules in whatever order matches where your business is leaking. Most companies go renewals first, because the money is already sitting in their student list.

Fitting check

Looking for an alternative to generic booking tools?

Generic schedulers are good software. They are just built for appointments, not for certifications. They stop at the booking, and everything that makes a training company money happens after the booking.

Generic booking tools stop here

  • They do not know a certification expires, so nothing happens in two years
  • They do not recover an abandoned checkout
  • They do not tell you when a payment lands with no booking attached
  • They treat every class the same, with no course-level pricing logic
  • They do not feed completed sales back to your ad account
  • They do not know the difference between a seat and an instructor hour

Built for certification businesses

  • Tracks each student's 2-year expiry and runs the renewal ladder
  • Recovers abandoned checkouts with personalized links
  • Alerts on orphan payments the moment they appear
  • Course-aware pricing, formats, and schedules
  • Feeds real sales, including phone bookings, back to your ads
  • Calendar views by instructor, course, and location

Feed real sales back into your ad account

Booking data is also tracking data. The conversion feed sends completed sales back to your ad platform, including the ones that never touch a web form, like a phone booking or a walk-in. That closes the gap between what your dashboard reports and what actually sold. In our own account we found a roughly 29% conversion under-report and fixed it, which changed what the bidding could see. If you want that side handled for you rather than run in-house, that is our marketing agency for CPR and training companies.

Call scoring, paperwork, and course landing pages

Call scoring takes the grading rubric you already use and applies it to every recorded call, CPR class delivery first, then front desk, intake, and sales calls, with the timestamp attached rather than assumed. The roster and skills checklist tool fills that paperwork from your booking data so the same student name is never typed twice, and the instructor still reviews and signs. Screen recording tools capture the workflows your team runs so you can train new staff quickly and find where bookings quietly get dropped. And the course landing-page system gives every course and city its own page, wired to the same booking calendar, so nothing drifts out of sync when a price or a schedule changes. You can see that page pattern in production on our BLS certification page and our corporate training page.

You keep your own money, and this fits outside CPR

One more thing generic tools and full platforms both get wrong: your money. You keep your own payment processor, your Square or your Stripe, and funds go directly to you. Nothing routes through us and we never hold your revenue.

This also fits outside CPR. Swim schools, driving schools, dental CE providers, trade certification programs, any business that books classes and issues certifications that expire has the same mechanics under the hood.

Troubleshooting

Booking software questions, answered

What is booking software for CPR training built to do differently?
It is built around a certification, not just an appointment. It knows which course a student took, when that card expires, whether the payment actually landed, and what to send them 30, 60, or 90 days before they have to renew. A generic scheduler knows none of that.
Do I have to switch payment processors?
No. You keep your own Square or Stripe account and money goes straight to you. We never touch your funds and there is no payment routed through us. We connect to the processor you already use so the booking, the confirmation, and the calendar event all line up with the payment you received.
Students book but never pay. Can this fix that?
That is exactly what abandoned-checkout recovery is for. When someone selects a class and leaves before paying, the system follows up automatically with a personalized link back to the exact class they were looking at, optionally with a discount. It also flags the reverse case: a payment that landed with no booking attached to it.
How does the renewal engine work?
Every card you issue gets an expiration date the day it is issued. The engine tracks that 2-year cycle per student and runs a reminder ladder starting before the card expires, so the student books with you again instead of searching Google. This is recurring revenue you are currently leaving on the table.
Can I keep using Google Calendar?
Yes. Bookings sync to Google Calendar or your calendar of choice, so your instructors see class-day events where they already look. Owner and student both get automatic email notifications the moment a booking is created.
How much does it cost?
Starting prices are listed on this page: a one-time build fee, then a monthly fee per module. What you pay above the starting price depends on how many locations and course types you run, and how much of your existing student data needs importing. Anything custom gets a real quote after a 15-minute call.
How long does setup take?
The booking calendar is the fast part: embed the widget, connect your calendar and processor, and you are taking bookings. The dashboard, renewals engine, and recovery cadences come after, once your past student and payment data is imported and checked.
Is this only for CPR training companies?
It is built for CPR and certification training companies first, because that is the business we run. It also fits swim schools, driving schools, dental CE providers, and trade certification programs, any business that books classes and issues certifications that expire.
