CPR and First Aid questions
Can I take just CPR?+
Yes. Pick CPR when you select your course. Both the AHA and the Red Cross teach CPR together with AED, so your CPR card covers AED too.
AHA or Red Cross, which one do I need?+
If your employer, school or license names one, choose that one. If it does not say, ask them before you book. The AHA card is globally accepted; the Red Cross card is widely accepted but worth confirming with your employer.
Do I get my card the same day?+
Yes. After you finish the class, your card arrives by email the same day. AHA cards and Red Cross certificates are both valid for 2 years.
If I only need part of the class, is it a separate session?+
No. You join the same scheduled class for the skills you picked, and your card lists exactly those skills.
I work in healthcare. Is this the right class?+
Probably not. Nurses, CNAs, EMTs, dental and medical staff usually need BLS. Select your course and choose the healthcare option, or call us and we will point you to the right class.
